I am an independent Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) consultant with over a decade of experience in the wind energy sector — both onshore and offshore. My work is focused on supporting organizations in enhancing safety performance, maintaining environmental compliance, and implementing best practices throughout the lifecycle of wind farm projects.
My professional journey began in 2015, working in the wind industry as a rope access technician. Over the years, I advanced to the roles of supervisor and team leader, gaining extensive hands-on experience during the construction, commissioning, and operation of wind farms. This practical background has given me a deep understanding of the real-world risks, challenges, and safety-critical tasks in the offshore environment.
In 2010, I completed a postgraduate diploma in Occupational Health and Safety at AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, one of Poland’s leading technical universities. Since then, I have consistently developed my knowledge and skills, combining academic training with field experience.
For the past three years, I have been working as a freelance HSE consultant, supporting offshore wind companies in risk assessment, compliance audits, safety culture development, and HSE training. My approach is always pragmatic and tailored — I aim to deliver real value through practical solutions that improve safety and efficiency on site.
I hold the NEBOSH International General Certificate in Occupational Health and Safety — a globally recognized credential that confirms my competence in international HSE standards and management systems.
